Esteban is an architect and designer, founder of Xamploo, a Mexico City-based architecture agency focused on creating spaces that balance functionality, identity, and human experience. His work spans residential architecture, adaptive reuse, interior design, and creative experimentation, with a particular interest in how architecture can reveal the character already present within a place.
Throughout his career, Esteban has combined architectural practice with teaching, research, biology and artistic exploration. His projects reflect a thoughtful approach to materiality, light, spatial experience, and the careful transformation of existing structures. Recent collaborations have included rehabilitation projects that preserve historic character while creating contemporary and highly livable spaces.
At Sierra Hermosa, Esteban leads creative vision, architectural strategy, and design development, helping shape projects that feel rooted in their landscape, respectful of local heritage, and relevant for contemporary living.

Patrick’s work sits at the intersection of landscape, sustainability, and place-making.
Over the past two decades, he has worked across Europe, North America, and Latin America in fields ranging from environmental economics and sustainable development to community engagement and regenerative land use. His professional journey has included international organizations, entrepreneurship, real estate advisory, and landscape planning, always guided by a deep curiosity about the relationship between people and place.
Drawn to the mountains and rural landscapes of Northern Spain, Patrick founded Sierra Hermosa to explore a simple idea: that overlooked properties can become extraordinary places when development begins with a deep understanding of landscape, ecology, and local culture.
At Sierra Hermosa, he leads site discovery, land evaluation, strategic development, and long-term stewardship initiatives.
Together, Sierra Hermosa combines landscape intelligence, development strategy, and architectural design to create places that feel as though they have always belonged to the landscape.
